@Cinstlu: expecting people to not expose others is like asking for a million dollars tax free – it doesn’t happen. The more exposure you have to these sorts of things the stronger your body gets when it happens again. You just have to be ready when it happens, and see a doctor asap to avoid it getting worse. Than again some people dont have insurance so expecting people to not expose others is unavoidable. [Glad your son avoided it. I sure as heck didn't and I work on an ambulance.]

Much more people die from the normal flu. The H1N1 is not as dangerous as the “normal” flu, but you should not underestimate it.
Arrows…kids with asthma die from it…people with diabetes are dyng from h1n1, and other issues also can make you have a very rough time with it There is so many conflctng reports out there on how serious it is. We had it in our home, and all I can say is thank God for Tamiflu. I am glad my high risk son got immunized. He didn’t get it.
I think this whole vaccinate or not stuff is bad on both sides. As someone who got her high risk son the h1n1 vaccinated, I have felt bullied by those who are against it.
He had no side effects from the shot. Our household a month later came down witih h1n1 but he didn’t.
You don’t have to have aids to be high risk..he’s got Asthma and other issues. Am glad he got the vaccination.
If you don’t vaccinate, please don’t expose others. Flu very bad for some.

Not all viruses makes the cell burst. Acctually the flu virus is mostly released across the plasma membrane.
You can die from it, But you might just have a cold unless you got tested for it.
What would be the possibility Of heaving the H1N1 Virus if you are tested positive for the Influenza Virus?
